CASE STUDY: OREGON STATE TREASURY RESILIENCY BUILDING

The purpose of this case study was to show how and why this building came into existence, while also sharing how Energy Trust was able to include energy-efficient features into the new building.

A four page layout of a case study for the Oregon State Resiliency Building. Photos showcase the exterior of the building, solar panels on the roof, and an opening ceremony.

BILINGUAL DIRECT MAILER: GAS FURNACE INCENTIVE

This direct mailer was created to inform folks living in Eastern Oregon that there was a limited-time incentive increase on gas furnaces.

A direct mailer. The front page shows a dad holding his baby. The headline says "Everyone deserves a comfortable home" with copy underneath. The back side has the same copy, but written in Spanish.

ENGAGEMENT GUIDE: DUCTLESS HEAT PUMPS

A small guide—designed in both Spanish and English—to provide information to residential customers on how to get the most use out of their ductless heat pumps.

A small printed handout about getting the most out of a ductless heat pump. One version is in Spanish and the other version is in English.

PULL UP BANNER: NEW BUILDINGS

An evergreen pull up banner for tradeshows.

A tradeshow pullup banner saying "Dream big. Exceed code. Change the future." with an image of a new building underneath.

BILL INSERT: NATURAL GAS FIREPLACE INCENTIVE

This bill insert went out to NW Natural customers to let folks know they could receive an incentive on a new, high-efficiency, natural gas fireplace.

A bill insert promoting gas fireplaces. The front has a photo of three people eating lasagna in front of a fireplace. The back side has incentive information and additional offers for a smart thermostat and insulation.

DIRECT MAILER: SMART THERMOSTATS

This direct mailer was created to reach communities in rural areas of Oregon and inform them that they could save money on purchasing a new smart thermostat and have it shipped directly to their home.

A direct mailer with a photo of a senior couple on the front. The mailer promotes savings on a new smart thermostat. The back side has more information about the offer and benefits of a smart thermostat.
